Change is constant in life - sometimes it’s welcomed, sometimes it’s sought after, and other times it surprises us and distorts our self image, depletes our stamina and diminishes our sense of joy. I provide tools for adjusting to the physical and mental habits that can arise with change - recurring pain, loss of balance, insomnia, digestive issues, anxiety, depression and addiction.

My first step is always to listen. Then using a combination of ancient and contemporary evidence based practices I provide easily integrated tools for healing and healthy living. These practices are based on my knowledge of mindfulness meditation, asana, restorative practices, pranayama, ancient yoga philosophy, and Ayurveda. I integrate them with exercises from Western physical therapy and approaches from contemporary psychology.

After 28 years of teaching the Alexander Technique, principles of the technique infuse my yoga therapy sessions. It is a unique combinations that sheds light on how we think, how we move and how that shapes our lives.

There is an online intake questionnaire for private yoga therapy clients covering what you would like to address, what you are doing now to address your concern and what you would like to gain from your yoga therapy. One doesn’t need to have any experience with yoga to benefit from yoga therapy. I welcome a 20 minute initial online or in person meet & greet

I accept cash, PayPal and Venmo for US clients, and bank transfers for EU clients for payment. I do not accept insurance. I am happy to provide a receipt for reimbursement from a supplementary health care fund. Please check with your provider for eligibility.
