Discover healing through Yoga Therapy

Life continually asks us to adapt. Whether you are navigating chronic pain, recovering from illness or injury, coping with stress or loss, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, change can affect every aspect of your well-being. Explore how personalized yoga therapy can support your journey to holistic health.

Why Yoga Therapy?

Yoga therapy is a personalized, one-on-one process that supports healing by working with the whole person—not just symptoms. Together, we will explore practical ways to restore balance, build resilience, and develop habits that support long-term physical, mental, and emotional health.

Restore balance

Find equilibrium in your body and mind, addressing challenges from chronic pain to stress and anxiety.

Build resilience

Develop inner strength to navigate life's transitions and cope with challenges more effectively.

Develop healthy habits

Cultivate sustainable practices that support your long-term physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

A holistic and personalized approach

Yoga therapy with me is a holistic approach to well-being that examines diet, daily lifestyle practices, asana and pranayama (yogic breath work), as well as the application of yoga philosophy to your unique challenges. This is not about achieving the perfect yoga pose; it is about helping you feel more comfortable in your body, calmer in your mind, and more capable of meeting the demands of everyday life.

Every session begins with listening. From there, I create an individualized program that draws from both ancient traditions and contemporary, evidence-informed practices.

Your sessions may include:

  • Therapeutic movement and yoga postures (asana)
  • Breath practices (pranayama)
  • Mindfulness and meditation
  • Deep relaxation and restorative practices
  • Yoga philosophy
  • Ayurvedic lifestyle principles
  • Movement strategies informed by Western physical therapy
  • Evidence-based approaches from contemporary psychology

Who benefits from Yoga Therapy?

Yoga therapy may be helpful for those experiencing chronic or recurring pain, stress and burnout, anxiety and depression, insomnia and fatigue, digestive issues, balance and mobility challenges, recovery from injury or illness, life transitions and healthy aging, and those developing sustainable habits for lifelong wellness.
